Great shopping experience! The kids were really enjoying the pets. There was one associate who was super awesome I forgot to get his name but he was helping us out in the fish section. He was friendly and talked to multiple customers asking if they needed any help. I’d usually ask for his name but my chakra was low from bringing back 2 Shoppers carts and 1 Michael’s cart 🛒 from half a mile away!

During a past visit to the PetsMart Alexandria grooming salon, I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional interaction with a groomer named Christine. Her attitude was dismissive and rude from the start, and the way she handled my senior dog was concerning enough that I didn’t return for a while. What’s worse, I recently found out that Christine marked my dog as “not able to be accepted again” without ever communicating that to me at the time. I was never notified of any issue or incident, which is completely unacceptable. If something truly happened, it should have been documented, shared, and discussed directly with me, not hidden in internal notes. All good things must come to an end. First one in the family who tried dog training because self-training at home wasn’t enough, and I saw the difference with family’s dog versus my dog. It comes with consistency and practice everyday. Coach is very knowledgeable, funny, and excellent trainer. Premium package is worth it!

Ok place to get quick aquarium supplies. And the health of the fish has gotten better over the years they actually asked me if I had a tank when I got two bronze crydoras. Vary good

Tried this place with a coupon from Groupon. They really seem to like what they do, and my dogs actually loved going there. These are dog people, I've gone to another grooming facility and the difference is insane. Destiny E. was our groomer! The groom was executed wonderfully. The nice young lady, Raquel, at the front who checked me out was just excellent. She helped me with a few questions I had. They also do last chance adoptions! I will never go back to another place! It is a 40 minute drive, but the trip is well-worth it for the great service and their team!
