I had a young man assist me finding the proper diet for my service dog "Kennie". He was profesional and polite, he also explained in laymen terms and never made you feel bad.

I brought my puppy in for his first grooming experience to this location. The staff were all super friendly to me and my dog. Shannon was the stylist who worked with our puppy and she was wonderful with him. He was so happy after the experience. We will definitely be back!

Arrived at this PetSmart thinking I wouldn't get the help I needed. This amazing woman Tomara (I'm so sorry if that's not how you spell it) who works in the Pet Care section went above and beyond for me. I came in looking for hornworms and ended up leaving with more knowledge than I came in with. I appreciate she spent the time to actually talk with me and share her knowledge and experience. Highly recommend coming to this location!

Arrived to pick up an order for door dash that was marked ready to pick up. I arrived to have the cashier(an older man with a white beard) mumble and give me an attitude. First telling me I'm at the wrong place. Then after checking finding out the order was not filled yet and then he just left me saying. It'll take some time to get that done. If a place can't handle delivery. Don't offer it. Wasting everyones time

if you are looking for a place to be judged on fish, this is the place! every time i come in for fish needs, im greeted with a seemingly friendly conversation, but it always turns into a “i know more than you” contest. I came in today to purchase two goldfish, when they asked me what size my tank was i told them 20 gallons and was instantly met with aggression about how that is too small. if you are going to stand up for these animals, maybe try caring for the poor conures that are forced to sit and pluck their own feathers for enrichment.
