Kudos to Kacy! Our family and fur baby Perry LOVE his groomer Kacy, who’s been grooming him since he was about 9 months old. He will be 3 years old in a few months. Perry always looks amazing after his visit. It’s comforting to know he is with someone we can trust and patient with his tendency to be highly reactive. She goes above and beyond offering effective recommendations for Perry’s needs including his sensitive stomach and allergies. Called 5 times to get hung up on. Last resort store. Customer service is not available here. Was ready to spend any amount on what my children wanted, the pets could run this business better than the shift manager i spoke with.

Very helpful staff when we couldn't find a particular dog food brand..They directed us to it..Our check out guy was friendly and very helpful on a last minute item we wanted..He ran and got it for us..Well will definitely be back to this store when we come to visit Georgia again.

Love this Petsmart.... I received a fur baby for Christmas from my husband. She is a Jack Russell and she is God send. I want in there to get help with her teething and they showed me tons of teething toys for her and they have help plenty... She isn't biting on my cords around the house anymore and they even clipped her toenails for me for free. I have an appointment with them soon to get her shots and I know she will love them

Got a new puppy. They helped me find everything I needed plus I got a new puppy coupon book filled with awesome coupons I could use that day.
