⸻ Please consider somewhere else to get your dog groomed. I normally take my Cocker Spaniel to the Petsmart on Barrett to be groomed because they know the proper cut to give her, but they were unfortunately busy so I took my dog here. The girl (Rhi Rhi I think) was sweet and seemed to understand what I said about how I like her hair cut, so I didn’t worry. That’s until I came to pick her up. She did the complete opposite of what I asked for and it was sloppy at best. Aside from it being a completely different cut than requested, it’s choppy and uneven, and at the base of her head it looks like a whole block of hair was shaved off without any blending at all. I understand it was towards the end of the day and yes, it’s just PetSmart, so my expectations aren’t extremely high, but I do expec

I bought some fuvel clearmax and carbon filter items from this store. I used one out of the box and then I bought a new aquarium and a bigger canister filter. Well when I went back to use two more because I bought a larger tank, there was only one left out of each item in the box that I purchased. So someone in this store stole 3 filters out of the 3 boxes I bought and put it up for pickup knowing that they had already taken filter bags out of my boxes. So I advise if you're going to purchase from this store count the quantity of the items that's supposed to be in the Box.

We regularly bring our therapy dog, Murphy, to PetSmart for grooming, and overall, we’re very happy with the experience. The team is friendly and does a great job keeping Murphy calm and looking sharp. He always comes back clean, well-groomed, and smelling great! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that occasionally the grooming isn’t consistent if we can’t get the same groomer, but we understand it’s a busy place. We’ll definitely keep coming back—Murphy seems to love it!

While the shelving units exhibit some dust accumulation, it is important to acknowledge that this is a pet retail environment, and a pristine condition may not always be attainable. This particular establishment is a standard pet supply store, and its most valuable asset is undoubtedly its dedicated staff.

God forbid you have a disability and come to this store. My wife was in this store today buying GI food for our sick cat and an employee had come up and asked if she needed help. My wife has a stutter and had simply asked if the cat food bags came in different sizes. The employee immediately became rude and raised her voice about how she couldn’t understand my wife in such an aggressive way that was completely uncalled for. My wife ended up apologizing the employee has just walked away, so my upset wife just left the store. For a business that gets repeated customers with disabilities and their service animals including my own, I wouldn’t waste your time stopping at this location unless you want to feel horrible for things you simply can’t control.
