I cannot say enough good things about The Groom Shack. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how kind, patient, and genuinely caring they are with dogs. My pups were treated like family, and that means everything to me. They took extra special care with my senior dog, which truly touched my heart. You can tell they understand that older dogs need a little more gentleness, patience, and love and they gave exactly that!! All of my dogs left happy, calm, and comfortable, which says more than anything else ever could. They even made me a card with my senior girls paw print! 😭 I am beyond happy with their service and so grateful to have found a grooming place I can fully trust with my dogs. AWESOME! Highly recommend! I adopted two rescue cats that were in very bad need of nail trims. They did a GREAT job, were gentle with the cats and the whole process went smoothly and quickly. They take walk ins for nail trims from 9am-2pm which made it very convenient for my schedule too. The ladies that work there were the best! Will definitely return!

The Groom Shack takes such wonderful care of my bichon poodle mix, Remi. Every time he leaves, he looks amazing and smells fantastic! He loves going there so much that he literally pulls me through the parking lot and straight to the door when we arrive. I also love the special touches they add for holidays — the adorable themed photos and keepsakes are such a thoughtful bonus. The owner is incredibly friendly and even took the time to teach me the proper way to groom Remi when we first adopted him, which meant so much to us. We truly appreciate everything The Groom Shack does for Remi and feel very lucky to have found them. Highly recommend!

Brought in our 7 month-old golden-doodle for her first session. Absolutely 10/10 experience and we are in love with the results! The staff were super friendly and we are greatly appreciative for the detail that went into our girl’s grooming. Definitely will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dog had a noon appointment and I dropped her off at 11:15 as I had to head to work. At 3 I called my sister, who was picking up dog and she hadn't received a call about dog being ready. They close a 4. So she gets to Groom Shack to pick up dog and they haven't even begun her groom. Groom was great but communication was Awful!! Will not use again. I'm sorry they were having a hell day but unacceptable to leave my dog in crate for four hours before groom even began.
