This place did a great job of caring for my doggy. It's clean, friendly, strict on dog wellness + niceness. U will need your vaccination papers from your vet (must have gotten shots at least 48hrs before stay date) + your dog must be flea-free. They will run a flea comb thru your dog's hair to check! And will do a quick look at your dog, put a leash loop over their head to check dog's temperament/attitude. They can't have aggressive or biting dogs. It's ok if they're a little fearful or food guarding as they will be staying + fed in their own little room. They will exercise/play with a group of similar dogs each day unless u specify otherwise. My dog is a little fearful of other dogs but she actually did great getting along once she was there + i wasn't around! They will also give your

Please if you love your animals do not take them here. They might not come back. My family tried to get our dogs out and was not allowed because we were not on the service agreement. (The person who brought them in passed away.)We just wanted the dogs back but no they would rather they got adopted. I was told it was for the safety of the animals that they couldn’t be released to anyone. We aren’t strangers or dog napers- we just wanted our family dogs back. Dogs that were originally my now deceased brother’s dogs. They were part of our family for 10 years. Pet Smart didn’t even have the decency to tell us where they went.

I have been bringing my dog here since she was a puppy. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. The staff knows and loves my dog, and my dog loves doggie day camp! When I say the words, "Doggie Day Camp", my dog heads towards the door. Once we enter the store she runs towards the back! Petsmart is great for traveling too. I had to board my dog at the Petsmart in Henderson because a family member's dog didn't like mine. So I called the Torrance Petsmart and they transferred my records to the Henderson Petsmart! I was able to board my dog in Henderson and not worry about my vacation! Other nice things they offer are a bath and nail grind before coming home for extra. Great place, I highly recommend it!!!

PetSmart Pet Hotel is a wonderful place to take your pet for day camp or over night stays. Day Camp is where your pet gets to play with other dogs in a safe supervised area. Staff is very attractive to your pets needs. I would recommend this place for a safe place leave your pet for Day Camp or extended stays.

Great doggy hotel. We're comfortable leaving our pooch in their care.
