Dogg Oddities

Wonderful overall experience. Staff was friendly, informative, caring, and helpful. The rooms are well stocked, clean, and have an older dog-friendly set up. We will absolutely be coming back!

I arrived on time after making an appointment for a self eash.And was put in room one. My dog had not been there before was apprehensive about climbing into the tub. The employee essentially refused to help me or even offered suggestions on how to get her on the tub and left. He said something about he did not want to dog to hurt him .This dog is a lover and you can essentially do Anything to her and she does not react. If this employee is afraid of dogs , he should not be working there. Because of this I had to leave and found another self wash place that was happy to help me. Poor customer service.I had been there before and there was another employee that was more than happy to help. Will be losing more customers if this does not change.

I took my chihuahua mix girl who hates nail clipping. She will bite me for this and she gets muzzled at the vet for nail clipping. Poor girl gets very distressed. So this time, I tried here today, DONE in only few minutes in and out , NO growling, NO biting, and came out fine💓 Owner was sooooo good with her! And it was only like $14 ❗️ vs $28 at our vet. So glad I found this place recommended by my friend🙏🙏🙏

Just took my anxious, kinda grumpy older shih tzu and Adriana did amazing. The haircut was exactly what I asked her, and apparently Benny behaved better than normal - which is totally a result of her expertise. I'm so glad to have found an amazing, gentle groomer at a reasonable price. I also love that the dogs aren't kept in crates or in a large communal area pre/post groom. My dog doesn't like other dogs, so I usually always do mobile grooming, but this is basically exactly the same level of privacy and attention. I couldn't recommend this business enough. They definitely have a long term customer with me!

Briggs always comes home looking beautiful and extremely happy. Adriana knows how’s to perfectly groom a Cavalier King Charles. He always has a full coat and she keeps it perfect!! So appreciate her.
