Low stock, dirty, and unfriendly staff. When checking out the staff seemed very condescending and were just on their phones. Been shopping here for many years but sadly will have to navigate towards another alternative.

Every time I go into their stores they are super friendly and helpful. Customer service is amazing! They have all the products usually in stock. I love how the employees know their stuff really well. Unlike Petco and Pet smart, they care.

This is the best place to go to for your pets needs. Great selection and hands down the best customer service. Just a short story... I visited there store about two weeks ago because our puppy was having digestive issues. We were ready to change her food and he told us we were giving our pup a high end food, that there was no need to change out her food.(we didn't know this prior). The store manager came out extremely friendly and sincerely wanting to help. He asked questions and based on our answers recommend a few solutions and then gave us goat's milk for our pug pup. Free by the way, he said try this on us to see if this works. Hands down, I will NEVER forget his kindness, he's sincere willingness to help and provide excellent customer service!!! The staff is always super friendly and more than willing to answer questions and give suggestions on new foods for my fur baby. Who has become very picky about what she eat lately. And the prices are way better then at those other pet stores. Plus there's always a sale going on pet food. Just a little pro tip sign up for their emails so you know when a good time to shop is coming up!
