I am done w PetSmart the second day (different store) and no one could assist me. Brought my dog to get her nails trimmed and waited for almost half an hour. What a complete joke. Tires of PetSmart wasting my time and not even completing a service. Deleting my PetSmart account erasing the app and will find another store that is actually capable of doing the services needed.

We came in with our two dogs. Tyler was incredibly helpful in filling out the forms and checking vaccines. The hotel itself smelled and looked clean.

From the staff, customer service, and doggie daycare, we love it all ❤️❤️ our fur baby loves staying there while we are at work. He loves all the cuddles. Thank you all for the love you guys give to our fur babies 😘 We continue to take our fur baby here and are so glad he can stay with people who take such good care of him, I feel at peace knowing he is in good hands while we are at work! We appreciate you guys so much 💙

Just saw one single employee in the area where they have the dogs together playing. She had about 8 dogs and just stood there biting her nails. She didn’t talk to the dogs, try to interact with them, Nothing. There wasnt a toy or ball to be seen. The dogs that weren’t just laying around bored out of their heads were just walking around aimlessly. Do you just hire bodies or what? I would NEVER leave my dog there!!!

Staff was very friendly and understanding with my nervous little dog. She came out happy and hyper. They had to put the temporary collar on her in another room, away from me, because she was doing a few air snaps as a warning. They said she was nervous but eventually warmed up and played a little with the other dogs. There is a sign about some air purification technology, so even though there is no outdoor time I think it is clean. I will happily use them in the future! I also like that there are no big blockheaded fighting breeds in the same play area for safety.
