I tried the grooming department again because this location is very convenient for me. The turnaround has been amazing. 2 different groomers have taken care of my pets and they both have been outstanding. If you gave up on this place in the past come back and give them another chance. I'm glad I did.

Travis is amazing. I took my hound to get his nails cut and I was worried because Oliver does not like his nails cut. Travis was so kind and caring and Oliver warmed right up to him. You can tell Travis loves what he does and cares about the pets.

Unfortunatly im not good with names but the young late 20s maybe early 30s tattooed man who does most of the grooming at the petsence store off cr 218 in middleburg is awesome in his customer service I have brought my little shitzu/westy mix pup of 12 soon to be 13 years old named Emma in several times to get her groomed and each time am extremely satisfied with his services today he told me it would be about an hour and a half and she was done in 45 min and was notifed via text that she was done I also know everytime I go there that he loves her almost as much as I do his attitude and demeanor tells me he loves all dogs and really loves his job as well which is constantly shown in his great work he does I would recommend this store to anyone who wants great service and very good prices in

Denise and McKenzie in grooming are the best! It restored some faith in humanity for me when they helped me out. They both do great work! Attached is photo-evidence of such.
