Groovy Groomers

This was our first time here. The environment was clean and professional. My dog had bad experiences at another big name company that has a grooming service. The groovy groomers were patient, I could hear them encouraging my dog the entire time. They gave me a report on what they needed to do to get my dogs nails done properly. Could not be happier with their service. Will definitely be a return customer. Competitively priced, but the quality, care, and customer service was top teir.

I literally cannot say enough great things about Groovy Groomers! For starters, I have a chow a breed known for being hesitant with new people, slow to trust, and generally considered difficult to work with. Many groomers won’t even consider taking them on. But Heather and Taylor not only assured me they were willing to give him a chance, they also went above and beyond to make sure Monti felt safe, and comfortable throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they worked closely with me to build the best plan to help him feel at ease. They took the time to get to know him at his own pace, never rushing or forcing anything. Groovy Groomers did a fantastic job with my GSD Guinness. He had a not so great experience at a previous groomers and I have been worried about taking him to another. From first phone call to texting me during the grooming process and letting me know he was doing fine to pick-up it was top notch. Already have his 2nd appointment booked! Truly care about your pet!

The lady's there were amazing. Short out to Heather and Jordon and Tayler for the amazing work y'all do. Definitely gonna recommend to everyone. Got a customer for life.
