The love and care given to all the dogs and cats in this olace is amazing. The employees and volunteers keep the place clean and organized. If you have a free hour, please stop by, check it out and love some dogs and cats. They need all the help and love they can get!

We adopted our dog Cooper from S.A.F.E when they did an event at the Bostwick Blueberry Festival. I was very impressed by the application alone. The in-depth questions asked that really make you think before getting a pet. We were renters as the time and they even called to make sure we were allowed to have pets. The lengths they went to, to make sure that this dog was being placed in a proper home and reducing the risk of him being returned was outstanding. If another dog comes along that is right for our family we won't even have to think twice about adopting from S.A.F.E 💗

The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean and the animals were very well groomed. My daughter and I enjoy ourselves while visiting and playing with all the animals. We will definitely come and visit the animals again while in the area.

What a fantastic facility for animals! This place was cleaner than some Dr's office. The staff was so professional & friendly. I got a kitten there. She was clean, no flees, spade, shots, & microchip too! Wow. They are Amazing! I would highly recommend Safe Animal Shelter! I'm really sad to be posting this as I've adopted all my cats through this shelter. But I cannot condone for their way the phone operator handled things sucked and made it seem that the medical staff or managment werent doing their job properly or didnt have a vet on staff. The phone operator who answers the phone can make or break a buisness. They need to handle this promptly as it can get worse in the future. Edited: if I could I would give this place less than one..but google dont work thay way. I used to give 4, cause they were amazing a year or so ago...but please please pleaseeee do not give your buisness to them, not only did they not listen about Vercher but the notes on him were not pleasant to read as someone who had him before.
