So Genesis on Google reviews was highly recommended, and she doesn’t disappoint! Kathy does holler and cry while she’s getting groomed, and in a good way that didn’t phase her. She was very gentle with my old lady who’s gonna be 15 in September. So happy with her results and how gentle she was with her.

Ever since Emily was fired and Tommie left, the place has gone to shit. Management is terrible. They are truly need to be fired. I wish I could give no stars.

Emily especially but the whole staff is awesome. Petsense is our go to for supplies. Emily is the Go to person for information on products and care 💯 thank you guys for always giving a great customer experience.

I stopped at Petsense today to purchase some dog treats. Of course I had to visit the cute kitties over in the corner. I hope they find their “FurEver” homes.

I frequent here to get my reptile's food and I came in and saw rabbits in tiny tanks on the side of the fish tanks. I asked the cashier and he asked another person working and he said they sell 2 at a time but didn't explain why the rabbits aren't being caged properly. The rabbits are not in adequate cages and don't have much room to move around. They can't even hop in there or anything the top is so low. It's terrible. A pet supply store that can't utilize a proper cage that they have on their shelves for the rabbits isn't a place I want to continue coming. The tank they're in would be for reptiles. Hopefully they change the way they're housing the larger animals other than fish and lizards. Ugh.
