Petsense by Tractor Supply

I frequent this store’s grooming salon for both my Schnauzers nail trims, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. On my most recent visit for nail trims I mentioned my recent struggles with fleas as both my pups had been itching and scratching a lot, and topical prevention used was no longer effective. Rachel along with another newer gal at the salon examine my pups, and recommended doing a flea and tick treatment bath right away. I was impressed with their customer service and willingness to switch basic nail trim appointments into full bath service on the spot. Rachel was able to get both my dogs done in little less than two hours. Happy to say that both my pups are now ridden of fleas and back on oral prevention. Thanks for the grooming salons team f

Every time I come into this place I stand at the cash register for 5 minutes waiting for someone. Today I finally just gave up. Left my merchandise on the counter, walked out and I'm ordering it all on Chewy. Sorry to bother you all these years with my business. Best of luck.

Great service as always, very nice and friendly staff, never have to wait and always have more than I could need. Definitely prefer more than ordering online

I'm a vendor of Petsense and I've had the pleasure of speaking with each Petsense store on a regular basis to confirm incoming shipments, Etc. Petsense is an excellently ran company and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. But this is the only store I've ever had issues with. They hang the phone up on you repeatedly or leave you on hold indefinitely until you're forced to hang up. This store has the absolute worst phone manners I've ever seen, and it is unacceptable. I've never had a more unpleasant experience, and this is not in any way how any company should communicate with their vendors. I'm sure this is a great store but if you call in, be ready to wait on hold indefinitely or have the phone hung up on you disrespectfully.

Friendly and helpful. The man was so kind and fun to talk to. Clean and well organized. Stocked well with items. We will go back again. Love Tractor Supply too. Five star shopping experience.
