When I first met Dr. Fagan, Jeff, Chelsea and the rest of Shamrock staff, it was like visiting with friends. They are truly kind people who love animals. I knew that I wanted to have them do my dog's neuter. He is brachycephalic so anesthesia can be more risky for those types of breeds. Yoda did amazing in their care and Dr. Fox did a great job on his neuter. The Shamrock team truly care and the staff are all amazing.

I have been an animal lover my entire life, My Mom never knew WHAT my older brother, or I would bring home, but she and Dad were understanding. I didn't realize my dream of being a Veterinarian, but I was a Tech for 12 yrs. So I KNOW an excellent Animal Hospital when I see it. Shamrock Animal Hospital is an amazing, high quality Hospital that sets the bar high for every other Animal Hospital in Lake County. Every staff member is friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming to every client and their pet(s) Dr Fagan, and the other Vets on staff, are exemplary at their abilities to diagnose, and properly treat your pet. Had a bad experience at a previous vet and was nervous to start with a new one BUT Shamrock has treated my dog and I wonderfully. The prices are better than most in the area, they're sweet and patient with the animals, and they give clear results that are consistent no matter who you speak to. No suspicious fees, no upcharges on baseless product recommendations, just full transparency and care. I appreciate you guys very much, thank you!

One of the most warm and welcoming staff you will ever meet. Trust them with everything, Dr Fagan cares so much, and her staff is efficient, friendly, and takes care of business! This is truly the best veterinary hospital I have ever been to. Not only is the doctor incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the staff is outstanding. From the vet techs to the front desk staff- you will be treated like family here. Also, the prices are incredibly fair especially considering how competent the care is.
