Was in the area and had never seen this chain before. Emma was very knowledgeable on the products and helpful. Looks like they are still stocking the store as there was a lot of missing products. Overall nice store with in house grooming.

UPDATE: I decided to give them another chance, they told me $65 for a full hair cut so I decided to do a bath and face trim which should have been no more then $45 MAX! Weird how my bill was $65.00 FOR A BATH AND FACIAL TRIM….. I am furious and they could care less!! So my review goes to the grooming department. We’ve been coming here for Grooming for quite a while, and unfortunately, our groomer left!! And ever since our grooming experience has just gone downhill and would not recommend them anymore!! I have never been charged a handling fee for my dog, EVER!!! And today they tried to charge me a $30 fee because my dog was hard to handle?!?!?! Which made my bill go from a $20 bath to a $50 bath which is RIDICULOUS!!! Not only that, but I’ve never had any issues with my dog being groomed

This location has always allowed the PetShot team inside to do vaccines and now they no longer allow it. Today was 40 degrees and windy and we were all outside getting the shots. I will no longer shop at this location. Do better like the other locations.

Went in there a week ago looking for things for my baby Athena. I was approached by the ASM Sam who was super helpful and informative. He helped me pick out a great collar and leash and showed me the proper way to fit it on. My baby is normally super shy and afraid of people but she warmed up to him very quickly which just gave me amazing vibes! I will definitely be coming back with her for more amazing products! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!

I need to vent for a moment because this is getting ridiculous. While I don't blame the staff directly, I do hold the management at PetSense, 702 Pavilion Pkwy, Monroe, GA 30656, responsible for their incompetence. For weeks, I've been requesting small rats for my ball python. Every time, I'm assured that they're on order or will arrive by next Wednesday. Yet, week after week, they fail to deliver on their promise or take any corrective action. This store is only 3 miles from my home, but to properly care for my snake, I’ve had to drive 12 miles to the nearest PetSmart! This has been going on for two months now!
