Dr. Dawn DeLong

Dr. Don DeLong is by far the absolute greatest exotic pet Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure to know. He has an incredible beside manner and wraps you up in his joyfulness. You makes you feel like family and has such compassion. His understanding and indepth research on exotics is mind blowing. He carries himself with confidence yet grace and is so, so kind. He takes care of my aged guinea pig that I adore and treatesd him like King Tut. He pulled out all the bells and whistles in treating him and we had a successful surgery removing a tumor. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL as well and always helpful and friendly. This is a one in a million practice and I am forever greatful.

Everyone there was extremely respectful and nice when I went in to have my pet rat put down. Everyone acted professional and were very sympathetic and understanding throughout the whole process. They treated her with care and even gave me back her footprints stamped in clay as well as a small bottle with some of her fur. I highly recommend this clinic to any rat owners. Thank you to everyone there for making the process just a little bit easier.

Came HIGHLY recommend by our neighbor as we are new to area. . Dr DeLong examined our cat Pebbles and then had her nails trimmed. We choose to remain in our car and Dr. DeLong spoke with us via telephone afterwards. She was extremely pleasant as was her representative who came outside to bring paperwork and take Pebbles. Will definitely make this Pebbles vet.

Dr. Donnie Delong is a great vet, he cares about every animal not just domestics but also exotics. I never thought I would find a vet that would be good to my bird but he is absolutely the best! I can't imagine where we would be without him. We are no to him and he has already done so much for my animals. I am so thankful.

I adopted a snake and he was showing signs of a bad Respiratory Infection. I called and was able to get in the same day. They told me Henry the snake was very sweet and pretty. The doctor knew what was wrong right away and even gave me a care sheet for Ball Pythons (theres alot of misleading info online about them) and worked around my schedule for his treatments this week. I will bring my dogs here in the future. They were so friendly, thoughtful, and it didn’t burn a hole in my wallet!!! 10/10
