Very friendly staff!! They're always so helpful and informative with any questions I have about my fur babies. The groomers are also very talented. They always make sure to go above and beyond!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I give Petsense in London a five star 🌟 rating for cleanliness and friendliness and customer service . The staff are super friendly , and the assistant manager and the cashiers are always willing to help . They have frogs and snakes and lizards and fish in stock . I wish they would carry Diet Pepsi in their pop cooler . They also carry feeder insects - which come in handy . I wish they would get more of a variety of geckos . Right now they have available crested and leopard geckos - would like to see a few leachianus or gargoyle geckos 🦎. Or even crocodile skinks, anoles or some mossy frogs or a wider variety of tree frogs . Would love to see even a few tarantulas or jumping spiders . And a wider set up in the store of more live animals . Would also like to see a better selection of reptil
