Animal House Veterinary Clinic

Dr House was awesome! We have been going here for several years after relocating to the area and having gone to another vet closer to us. We really appreciate the whole staff here, everyone is professional and kind to our pets and Dr House is funny as can be in that southern boy way of his. The other Drs we have seen were equally as good and likeable, they do a darn good job and I feel safe taking my fur babies here.

Used to love going to this veterinary office but dread speaking with the ladies at the desk. The receptionists used to be so pleasant to speak with. Not sure whats going on with these newer people.

The customers are right. 1st The front desk and assistance are a total mess. 2nd the front desk women are rude. 3rd Now that Dr. Smith is gone, the professionalism and Animal house charm is gone. The women that work there are students practicing with your babies. I do not recommend this place. Terrible!!!

Dr. House is the best vet we have in London. I called on Sunday about my dog having problems after visiting a local groomer. He called me back within 10 minutes. He gave me advice on what to do and told me to bring her in on Monday. He worked us in and took very good care of her. He was so good to her and us. I highly recommend Dr. House.

It's a sad day when your vet turns you away, after you tell them your cat is failing after not eating or drinking for 2 days because they only had one vet working. Apparently, they don't have appointments for emergencies during regular office hours. Fortunately, we found another more compassionate vet (and there was only one one staff as well) in town who accepted us even though we were not an established patient. Definitely switching care after this experience.
