Best vet staff in the surrounding areas. We have tried several different vets in Corbin and London. Dr. Massey has been a great partner with our program and our family. He has given us good advice and helped us to make sound decisions related to our animals. The rest of the staff have been wonderful. We have a 30 minute drive and sometimes the wait is long but its still worth it for us!

Dr. M was an absolute gem, and such a sweet kind person. He listened to my concerns and allowed me to make the decisions in my dogs care. He was through and did only what was necessary for his treatment. They seen my pup and I the same day I called in and took care of us efficiently. After only 48 hours my dog is doing a lot better with the prescriptions and recommended care. Absolutely recommend them, especially for urgent care.

Update: Since the first visit things have not been as pleasant as originally noted, the vet bill was more than originally discussed and I let it slide giving benefit of the doubt. Then we had financial distress and were not able to make the next appointment 14 days later and were in need of needles as our cat is diabetic, we ordered the needles via Chewy getting 300 of the exact same needles for cheaper than the 100 from the vet and when chewy then us tried to get this vet to release a prescription (mind you it's just the needles, not the meds), they held the prescription hostage unless we made another costly visit and they also said if we did not get the prescription and supplies from them that there would be a prescription fee in order to release it to chewy or another provider.
