My first time ever going to a Petsmart. The lady was very nice and helpful, she recommended me this dog food brand, Nulo, since my dog is very picky. This is the first time my dog has actually enjoyed her food, she even eats 3 times a day now! Amazing customer service. Thank you Petsmart:)!

Nice store been going here for years never a bad experience. Till today went in to buy roaches. Long story short the lady was rude the way she talked and the looks I got. Learn customer service lady

Staff is great. No, wait, staff is incredible. My dog freaks out when we pull in, and she knows mom is going to buy her something. She loves going in the store when I let her. I had a cat persistently tearing my bed apart. Clawing his way to china. So, I purchased a big scratch pad as well as a cat post. Filled both with cat nip, and he has currently quit destroying my furniture. Hooray, and refuses to let anyone come close to messing with his scratch pad. My pup received a juicy bone, which she annihilated.
