Very unprofessional unprofessional attentive to my needs. Argumentative total jerk. Took forever Suggest you don't deal with the owner

About 12 years ago we used Dallas Carpet at our previous home in Hobbs. That was a decent experience, so we tried them again with our new house in Seminole, Tx. Not this time. First, we had to pay full amount up front for our carpet. Second, we were told it would be in in one week, it took 13 days and THEN we had to track the owner down at his restaurant to pin them down on a day to lay it! They came and laid the carpet and when we got there we were horribly shocked that the carpet layers had knocked paint off of our walls, doors and baseboards! Our new home literally looked vandalized! We spent a day painting after we moved in! Do NOT use these people if you value your home!

Owner of dallas carpets does NOT warranty the work done by his employees. Had tile work done....lousy job...tiles uneven...grout lines not same. Told me it was the concrete foundation at my house!!!. His employee done the bad bad work. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$. DO LEG WORK AND FIND A REPUTABLE TILE COMPANY.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They did an excellent job on my flooring. Highly recommend for your next flooring projects!!

Horrible horrible work I paid almost $10,000 to have my living room remodeled, the tile is uneven the baseboards are cracking hasn't even been 6 months since the work was done and I've spent almost 4 months trying to get someone to come fix it. Still not fixed yet. Do not go to them for any work at all!!!!
