We had such a great experience with Shannon! It was our dog’s first trip to the groomer, and she did an amazing job. She trimmed him exactly how we wanted — he came out so fresh, fluffy, and absolutely adorable in his little fall bandana! Shannon was super easy to work with and had excellent communication throughout the process. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great first experience with Dana, the groomer! Amos looks well trimmed and so clean! Dana has been there many years... She is caring and very accommodating. The self wash dog stations are too small for my 90LB dogs, the soaps did not lather well, and worst of all you cannot make an appointment. It is first come first serve, so you could load your dogs up, get them in the store and then have to stand around in line. It makes no sense. I cannot imagine how this is serving the customers. On the flip side, the staff are very friendly.

Recently moved to the Franklin area and took my dog to get groomed at PetSense. They did a wonderful job and knew exactly what my dog needed! Great team!

Wow! Shannon gave my Aussiedoodle the best haircut he has ever had! I’ve been to quite a few different groomers and have had some terrible experiences… Shannon actually listened to what I told her I wanted though, and she took the time to make sure it was done right. She even brushed his teeth to help with his stinky breath, and I couldn’t be happier! If you go to Petsense, be sure to ask for Shannon. You won’t be disappointed :)
