Staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. We’ve been coming to this location for 6 years now. Staff are amazing & products are great quality. Ever since we brought home our puppy, Princess Buttercup, this shop has been a regular stop on our walks. It’s not just that they carry great products (they do). Or that the staff is kind, helpful, and actually seems to enjoy both people and pets (they do). It’s that it feels like—and truly is—a real part of the neighborhood—the kind of place where your kid learns confidence holding a leash and your dog learns the difference between good behavior and… well… let’s just call it “rawhide aisle puppy learning opportunity” behavior. We’ve done leash work and socialization outside the shop, inside the shop, and probably too many “we’re just training today” visits that still ended with a bag of treats or a new toy. We went in today for our first time with our puppy after his vet appointment. Everyone in the store was amazing. They took the time to show us food and treats and gave the puppy all the love. When we left, they held the door opened for us. The small things mean the most! We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic people that work and run this store. Honestly one of the best representations of a great local business. Bonus tip: if you are elderly or can’t carry the dog food they carry it for you without any questions asked. Everyone is always extremely kind and they remember you coming in! Went in to buy my pup and special treat today. The two staff members this morning couldn’t have been more kind. The gentleman even walked me to my car with an umbrella because it was raining. Will definitely be back soon because of both of their kindness.
