Petsense by Tractor Supply

I've been going there for over nine years. Good staff, however they are not as well stocked as they use to be but I can understand that. Pricing on dog food is little high when compared to Walmart The dog toys are expensive but my dog has his original toy for 9 plus years. I've always had good experiences with the dog grooming and the clinic they run.

Girls at the cash register are rude, and unprofessional. I went in yesterday with a friend to get some crickets for her tarantula, there was a free bearded dragon in there that we placed a hold on. The people who bought the dragon paid and didnt pick up. We left a number for them to call incase anything happened. When we left the store, the three girls working were staring out the window by the cash register, making faces at us, and laughing. We went in today to get the dragon, only to be told that the people who bought the dragon came to get her first thing today. Thats fine, they are entitled to their purchase, however, we got no prior notification or call that the lizard had been taken. My friend was on the brink of tears with this information. After calling and leaving my number it took 3 or 4 days to get a call back simply to get a price for grooming. When I finally got the call she seemed to have no idea what she was doing or what she was talking about. Tried quoting me over $120 then kept going back and forth on what service just truly had no idea what she was talking about. I gave up and hung up. I’ll be going to petco for sure, where it’s more than half the price she tried to give me.

I came in the other day and the girls that where helping me where amazing! I believe their names where Starr and Lanna. I had a bunch of questions and they were extremely patient and professional with me even though I was all over the place.

Great experience. Brought our dog in for a nail trim. Took us right away for the appointment, tech very professional, great with our dog and did a great job. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly. Will return again.
