I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I got a new puppy and was able to schedule online to see a vet the next day, the most quick & easy process with any vet I've ever dealt with. Yesterday I took my puppy Cash here for the first time and had lots of questions. We were seen immediately, earlier than our appt time. Miss Kimberly was amazing with our puppy and gave him lots of love and knowledgeable advice. The same goes for Dr. Randy. He came in and met Cash for his exam and was so helpful with answering all of my concerns. The prices are extremely reasonable and I would pay it again because of the amazing care of the team here. I am so happy to have found a place where I feel so comfortable with my fur baby being in their care. Thank you for creating such a warm and welcoming environment

After waiting over 15 minutes to see the tech, then another 20 minutes for the vet to come in, we finally got attended to. No other animals were in the building so I don’t know what took so long. I told them my cat can become scared and aggressive toward new people and at vets (she was a stray, feral cat that has been through a lot). I expected their experience would be able to treat a more difficult cat. I want to emphasize that my cat never clawed, bit, or became aggressive…just hissing. She was terrified and remained in the same place the entire time. Then, the vet quickly threw a towel over her head and body, causing even more stress. It was so sad to watch. I’ve never seen a vet do this before, and it seemed like a solution for him rather than making my cat feel safe. He pushed anxie

I have been in the Myrtle Beach area about 4 years and have had a less than pleasant experience with veterinarian offices and, groomers. I have a 12 year old pit bull hound mix that does not like uncomfortable situations it makes him audible which most people consider to be aggressive. I basket muzzle him for precautions and like to make everyone he comes in contact with him aware of his behavior! They took all my information and concerns and made us a appointment for same day 45 minutes later!!! Which is unheard of in this area. I needed him to be seen quickly because I was quite sure he had a ear infection and was having some other concerns. We arrived they greeted us and got us in a room quickly to see the vet. The vet assistant spoke with me for awhile about my concerns, his health sta

If I could give less than 1 star, I would… today I took my dog there and had a new nurse that I never dealt with before…Her name was Kimberly… very much of an attitude. She took my dog back to “exam” him when whoever I normally dealt with, always examed my dog in the room with me.. well when my dog got back, his arm was wet and smelled like rubbing achol , so I asked and she said she did a blood test. Nowhere in the computer did it say blood test…me and my fiancé had questions and after that the manager came in and said that we needed to leave that they needed the room. There is so much more that happened that I am not even going to say… whatever they did to my dog in that back room to make him scream and then after we left, he won’t move and now he has some kind of liquids poop coming out

Worst experience. Rude tech. Vet tried to scare me into rushing into a surgery. Demanded they were going to vaccinate my dog bc i didnt have the records with me and when i said no youre not, they got an attitude and left me in the room for 20 minutes. I told them they can call her previous vet for vaccine records and they snapped back that I need to call and get them and them and then left me sitting in the room til they got the records. I went in for a second opinion and was quoted twice as much as everyone else and added a bunch of extra charges that ive never even heard of before like “cleaning the surgery room” why am i being charged for your staff to clean? I would give them 0 stars if possible. Would never go back there again!
