Petco

Walking into Petco to bring home four new chicks should have been a joyful experience, but instead, I was sold birds that were clearly sick from the moment I left the store. Watching all four of them die despite my best efforts was devastating, proving that the staff failed to monitor the health of the animals they are putting in customers' hands. I will never buy livestock from this location again after being sold "pets" that didn't even survive their first week home.

I have 2 Dalmatians and have been looking to find a grooming to take my boys at least once a month and I am so happy I tried pet co off church street. Greeted as soon as you walk in, the place was very clean and when I got to the groomer counter I met with Kristen and she was amazing from the start. I brought one dog in at a time, and she was very patient with me. One of my dogs is deaf and he was a little nervous she made sure he felt comfortable before proceeding to take him back. You can tell she loves what she does and is passionate. She called me when my boys were ready and WOW they looked amazing and smelled amazing. They both came out super happy as well. I am so happy with my local Petco. My recent visit was to purchase live plants for my Betta bowls. The plants I purchased are beautiful and healthy. They look beautiful in my fish bowls. I also use my Petco for my dog grooming needs. The groomers are wonderful and always do a great job. I'm so pleased!

It doesn't matter what Petco I go to, it is ALWAYS, hands down, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will ALWAYS continue to choose Petco over the other pet stores like Petsmart. Petco employees go above and beyond always making sure you have been waited on, have any questions about anything, or if they're out of anything, they will be happy to help you find something different or help you order online! Very rude staff. I came in to purchase chickens. Went over to the glass display case which is extremely exposed for baby chics several times hoping for one of the two staff members to come over and ask me if I needed help. They didn't. They were busy conversing with one another. The baby chics were extremely thirsty because thier water was packed with shavings they kicked into the water. I noticed how thirsty they were while I was standing waiting for the 2 up front to notice they had a paying customer waiting for help. I finally walked over to the cashier and asked if I could see the chickens, she snapped back as if I was a nuisance "I can't let you hold them." Now she could have said...."sure, I can help you, were you wanting to purchase?" Which would have opened a dialog up to find out
