Awful customer service. They don’t price match their own website or a competitor. No surprise smaller pet stores like this are going out of business. Product online was $16 and in store $27 and $12 on Petco’s website. For who knows what reason they don’t price match for the same exact product. Almost seemed a little fraudulent for price to be that high in store. “Manager” (Older Lady) on Sunday 2/15 claims it’s for convenience but I can just order online and pickup in store. In a world of convenience and cheaper prices it makes sense why places like this shutdown. No wonder it’s empty in here. Won’t be coming back here for any reason

Great customer service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer dog training and pet adoptions.

Pet friendly! My dog had a ball! Not literally but figuratively. Its always fun when they can pick out thier own toys.

I went here because my leopard echo died and I was looking for a new one and they had 4 or 5 of them and I got the youngest one a little girl that was abused by the other ones so I fell for her because I wanted to keep her safe after my little leopard echo died so I didn't want this younger little girl die so I took her home with me and my son and daughter and mother all love her so we will take care of her and her name now is la la

Nice store compares to pet smart and had the dog food my dog like in town saving me driving , gas, & Time. 👍🏼👍🏼2 thumbs up because that’s all I have 😂
