I love it here and more importantly, my dog does! With all friendly faces and a comfortable environment my 14-year-old baby girl was comfortable throughout her grooming process. I highly recommend this establishment. Her favorite groomer is Maranda, but she has always been comfortable with everyone there and everyone has been exceptionally kind and attentive to me as well!

Emily did an amazing job on my doggo Shyra. He is an Australian shepherd. I requested a sanitary cut and a de shed with bath and shampooing. He looks amazing, feels amzing, and smells even better. Thank you for the exceptional service and exceptional experience. We will for sure be back.

Friendly staff, awsome grooming of our poodle granddoggy Ace. Also love the mobile grooming option they offer too. Very satisfied!

I had an appointment for my dog Bruno at 10:30 a.m., and three hours later they still hadn’t attended to him. Before the appointment, I even called to make sure they knew how to do a regular Schnauzer cut, and they assured me they did. However, they completely messed up the haircut, nothing like what I asked for. It was a terrible experience — unprofessional, disorganized, and a total lack of respect for both customers and their pets. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I take Sky for frequent nail clips, Groom Room has specific days- hours for walk ins. Sky walks right in, no stress. She thinks she's a little lap dog but she can be a handful if she sets her mind to it, but Groom Room treats her well every visit. I highly recommend.
