Crossed Paws Pet Rescue

I adopted Lieutenant(now named Jirou) from here, I normally don’t leave reviews, but some of these negative reviews I feel like I should share my experience. I think the best way to describe their operation is like a mom and pop shop. First their communication speed could have been better when reviewing over my application, but based on what appears like they have limited resources it’s understandable. Second what people might have viewed as rude, I think was just them being very straightforward and to the point. I will admit when meeting Stephanie her personality seemed a bit rough around the edges, but I think she was a genuinely kind woman who’s seen a lot of the cruelty some human being are capable of and cares for these puppies. I really don't have the words to say what I really feel about this place.These people are the most compassionate professional people.I've met in quite a long time. They really put everything into their rescue. They really care about the people.And the dogs. It was a quick and painless process, and I came out with a beautiful little baby girl named maddie. I highly recommend this place for rescuing and adopting! Please remember to adopt a rescue....

I have rescued two puppies from these guys in the past 2.5 years and this staff is nothing more than amazing! My puppies are healthy and the staff is undeniably the best around! We love and appreciate everything this rescue does for all the animals. I highly recommend! ❤️🩷💙

We adopted my boy Tom (now name changed to Benji) from this shelter. Everything was good. Paperwork was correct. A bit of issues with contacting over the phone and delays with emails but overall, I was happy to get my new family member from this pet rescue and encourage anyone else to do so with peace of mind that the owners and volunteers there do their best to keep the animals happy and loved before finding their forever families.

I've not adopted from Crossed Paws yet but I do plan in the future. Stephanie and her staff are amazing people. I don't know how they do it. Rescue isn't easy for anyone especially the dogs. They treat the dogs like family no matter the situation. Stephanie and staff keep up the amazing work you do and don't let anyone take your shine away...🫶
