Pets Plus

All the people that work here are very friendly and helpful. You can tell they like working here. I was in the store on Saturday while they were having an event, and got my little ESA Trixie's nails clipped. Amos, a groomer from they're store in Austin came in to do the nail trims for the day. He was so gentle and patient with Trixie, I hope they bring him back to San Antonio on a regular basis. I've been coming here for years, the name may have changed, but the same great people are still here. Chris is my go to person for birds, she has rescued 2 wild birds that I know of this past spring, I also rescued a White Wing Dove, we stayed in touch on the progress of our birds. We were both syringe feeding these baby birds and she showed me a brand of canned dog food that you can use if you don

It’s sad to read the reviews about the “rude” workers, I’ve come in a couple times and the workers are always helpful. It seems like people in the reviews don’t have compassion for different personalities and don’t seem to have much patience. People are doing their job and there seems to always be someone who has a problem. I have always felt welcome and felt positive vibes with the workers that have helped me. Especially the girl at the cashier. One of the cashiers were even helpful that I paid with dollars and lots of coins. Anyways I’ll be returning as long as I live here. Thank you to the workers of Pets Plus. 👏

The employees here are so helpful! I been with them through the whole change & they've handled it so well. Josh is always such a huge help & has great customer service. You guys are great 😎 My birds love the store♡

Our fluffy daughter has shower here. My husband gives her shower and ot has been a great, affordable facility.

I came by this location yesterday (the day after christmas) and both employees were helpful and friendly. I returned one day later to exchange a collar (with original receipt in hand) and the girl at the register was arguing and very rude with the customer in front of me. They'd charged his card twice, and she was arguing that they did not charge twice. She was upset and rude to that customer. Then, she turned her attention back to me, slams down the item I was returning and with a very rude tone of voice and attitude she said "if it doesn't fit, make sure you save the tag on the item next time." This employee had long dark, straight hair and wore glasses. Management needs to either retrain or get rid of this employee. This was my first bad experience at this store but also my last experie
