Exceptional staff all around. Miranda, the manager, was beyond kind and professional. She really took her time with us in ensuring everything went smoothly with adopting Buford. It is a couple months later and we are very happy with our little buddy. We are so grateful the team at Pets Plus in Lansdale approved our application to adopt Buford. Pets Plus is like stepping into a wonderland of adorable chaos! The puppies? Absolute fluffballs of joy—each one is cuter than a Hallmark card dipped in sugar. Their tiny wagging tails could cure a bad day in seconds. And don’t even get me started on the kittens! These little fur clouds are so fluffy and precious, you’ll want to adopt every single one and start your own feline empire. The store itself boasts a variety of pet supplies that would make any animal owner weep with gratitude. Toys, food, aquariums—you name it, they’ve got it! It’s like the Costco of cuddly companions. Sure, there’s a bit of that “pet store aroma” in the air, but honestly, it just reminds you that you’re surrounded by the liveliest, fuzziest crew imaginable. Adopted a female turkish van kitten from here! She is such a lovely and affectionate girl and while adopting I had such a good experience. Price wasnt too bad and she is super healthy and happy! She makes me so happy and she is such an amazing companion.

Great place to buy aquarium supplies like test kits, medication, filter media, filters and water chemicals. They offer better pricing and wider selection than big box stores like Petsmart. Their live fish selection is a little lacking but look healthy regardless

If I could give negative stars I would. They told us the dog we adopted was dog friendly, knowing we had 4 dogs already at home. Same dog consistently attacks my 15 year old puggle. I've contacted them many times over the 5 years we've had him and get no response back. They make you sign a contract saying you can only surrender back to them, but will not give you the time of day when you need to surrender them. What am I supposed to do, wait until he kills all my other dogs?! We've been to a behavioral vet and done training, nothing we can do is helping this dog and the rescue doesn't seem to care. He's not a bad dog, this just isn't the home for him. He needs to be a single dog/pet in a calm home with a big, privacy fenced yard.
