Animal Crackers Veterinary Clinic

Talk about willing to help and kindness . I was put in a last-minute situation and needed to be seen right away. My dog is a little tricky. She’s not very friendly,She has an attitude problem and the doctor was beyond patient kind and willing to help us. She saw us right away. She was great with my small dog with a big attitude and took care of us. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!

Love bringing my dog to Animal Crackers. Dr Cowley is very smart and attentive to all the issues and concerns I have with my dog. They also do a great job with boarding and will often send photo updates of my dog out playing so I know he’s having a fun time. It’s convenient they give him a bath before I bring him home too

Upon trying to transfer my cats’ records to another vet, I had Animal Crackers demand a $10 record transfer free because they claim they do not keep any electronic records other than vaccine certificates and require a service fee to photocopy the physical records they keep. I have had good experiences with Animal Crackers with my cats as their patients, but I find it distasteful for them to request money for a service that is free at every other veterinary clinic I have been to. Please consider updating your record keeping system if it is so tedious to scan a few pieces of paper.

Dr Cowley is an amazing doctor who takes great care of animals. I am very happy with my experience there and I always know my animals are in great care.

My family and our dog live in PA around the corner from Animal Crackers Vet. I live in NC and came up for a week visit and when I called for a wellness visit I was able to get an appointment right away for our dog Milo. Dr. Michelle Crowley and her staff were very kind and helpful. Our Milo is not always comfortable or friendly with people and after explaining this to Dr Crowley she really took her time and made sure Milo was comfortable ànd did not get spooked. She explained all the different types of vaccinations and suggested giving him only what was necessary. Never did I feel she was trying to sell me things as I've read from another review.
