Doggy Getaways is the best! This is my first time boarding my dog and Shannon made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. The moment I met Shannon, I knew my dog was in good hands. She treated my dog as if he was family and took great care of him with daily updates. Bruno had the time of his life under Shannon’s care in her lovely home. I can’t thank Shannon enough, she helped me so much with watching my dog during a difficult move and coordinated care with my family. I am willing to travel far just to use her service because she is legit the best and one of a kind amazing!! Highly recommend giving Doggy Getaways a chance and don’t bother looking anywhere else because this is truly the best place for your fur babies and rest assured they will be in good hands!

I feel extremely lucky to have found Doggy Getaways. Shannon has been beyond wonderful. Our Emmie took right to her, in fact she gives Shannon more kisses than she does us. Shannon took such good care of her and sent us pictures and updates everyday. She made Emmie and us feel very special and made us feel she was being loved and well cared for. Emmie even got dinner in bed Shannon shows the dogs love, kindness and a home away from home. I just can’t say enough good things about Shannon and her husband and the caring home they provide for the dogs.

Doggy Getaways was an awesome boarding experience!! Our rescue dog is quite anxious and afraid of meeting new people but from the moment we met Shannon all our fears were put to rest. Teddy seemed relaxed and to be enjoying himself in all the photos and updates she sent. She texted us daily and sent adorable pics of our doggy. It’s obvious she loves her job and truly cares for the dogs. We could not have asked for a better dog sitter and will not hesitate to use doggy getaways when we travel again.

Highly highly recommend Doggy Getaways, they are amazing! Our pup gets the best care, and we get daily photos and updates while we're on vacation. Shannon is so sweet, and a home stay is a million times better than a traditional boarding kennel for our pup. Our kids always ask to see the photos, it makes them miss him just a little bit less. I always joke he's taking his own vacation. We will never go anywhere else :)

Doggy Getaways is the best! I have been taking my dog Gritty to daycare at Doggy Getaways for about a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the great care that he gets with Shannon. We have tried daycare and boarding at other, larger facilities, and Gritty was always overstimulated and anxious. The dogs get individual care at Doggy Getaways, and it’s truly a calm, fun, “home away from home” for them. Gritty loves going to daycare and gets so excited when we turn to the corner for drop off! You can tell that Shannon loves what she does; it shows in the attentiveness she gives the dogs.
