I’ve been a Stafford county resident for a decade now. I have gone in and out of this shop over the years - to start, I purchased my puppy here(who came home with kennel cough, giardia and an ear infection) - continued to purchase products before last minute appointments in my grooming career, and most recently - I have been coming in for rat supplies and I enjoy seeing the several different rats they have available. Last summer during a visit, before interacting with the rats, I asked an employee at the register about their temperaments and if they were generally feeders - as I understand the difference, having 5 of my own rats from a reputable rattery in Maryland and having owned feeders in the past. We stopped in several times looking for a dog that fit our family. They were very patient with us and helpful during a few showings. There was no pressure. The staff was very friendly to include Darnell for his conversation and true passion and care for the animals. Thank you to Carmella for her assistance when we finally decided to move forward. She was very helpful explaining the process, paperwork, and even let us put a small holding fee down the day prior before we made our final decision.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience from pets plus! When we lost our senior dog over a year ago we were heartbroken and went to look at the puppies. Fast forward a year later and we just adopted our second fur baby from them! The dogs are well taken care of and such friendly dogs. The 2 we have taken home have been absolutely amazing and it’s clear they were loved before we found them! The staff was super helpful, not pushy whatsoever, and the owner follows up to make sure your fur baby has gotten into the vet. Thank you for a wonderful Experience both times we brought home pups. Would recommend them To anyone looking for a puppy.

A nice place for the home of all sorts of animals from ferrets, fishes, bunnies, rats, cats, dogs, and more! Originally was there to look for some bunnies but this white newborn pomeranian caught my eye. Wish I could’ve taken her home, but it would’ve been a long drive to Florida. Nice place!

Won't let you adopt and save the obviously neglected animals unless you sign an NDA because they know how obvious and liable they are. Disgusting people. I have nothing left to lose, good luck suing homeless people into oblivion for simply having functioning eyes when I walk in the store. And for having functioning ears when talking to dozens and dozens of hurt customers over the past decade. The owner will attempt to harass you with cease and desists letters if you try to share your bad experiences with others, even in private groups on other sites. I don't know why they think this is still sustainable, doing remotely the right thing should be easier and cheaper than these bogus lawsuits and restraining orders. They sell straight mutts as designer breeds, and they've got a bad record of s
