Pets on Broadway NYC 2

I love this place! Never had an issue with them. I know my baby Bear is in good hands when I leave him to get groomed. Thank yall !❤️ Also they selk great stuff for your pets. Toys,food,etc

If you're always in need of pet supplies, stop by this friendly local pet store. I recently had my cat trimmed here, and the person took excellent care of her. And the entire procedure was simple, from scheduling an appointment to picking up my cat. Sam was quite helpful. The only thing I would complain about is that they should add more cat toys, but otherwise, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend bringing your pet here if they need to be groomed.

This is a great place to shop for pet supplies and pet fish, but there's only one employee manning the store into the evening and they locked the entrance to the shop 30 minutes before closing and they put a note on the entrance saying they would return at 8pm, which is closing time??? And then right at 8pm, they came out to close up shop without letting any customers in prior to closing. I understand that they're probably not being payed enough to care, but doing that is completely uncalled for. I'd say steer clear of this shop if you're planning on going within the closing hour.

I just recently got a dog and it’s my first. The previous owner left him all matted and with fleas. I took him to this groomer to get him a haircut and flea bath. I was nervous at first because this is my first time going to a groomer. The groomer Lola took very good care of him and is very much a professional. After I picked him up he seemed much more comfortable and started showing his personality more. I will definitely be going back! My dog is happier than ever. Also he smells amazing now!
