Dr. Arnold was the only one who returned our call w/ in minutes when we reached out to multiple veterinarians in search of someone who could euthanize at home, and in the same day. Our beloved cat's old age deteriorated quickly and we knew she wouldn't make it through the weekend. From the moment he arrived, he showed extraordinary compassion, knowledge, love, and care. He guided us through every step of the process, with patience, gentleness, and deep sincerity. Dr. Brian Arnold provided the most compassionate and respectful care during an extremely difficult time. My cat Jazz was very ill and needed to be put down, but I didn't want her final moments to be stressful or frightening. I called Dr. Arnold to come to my house so Jazz could pass peacefully in her own environment. I gave him several specific instructions beforehand, including staying out of sight initially and not talking, as Jazz was very scared of strangers. Dr. Arnold not only followed every request I made but went above and beyond; he even waited outside while Jazz fell asleep, among many other thoughtful gestures. Dr. Arnold came to us, during a time when we needed him most. It is never an easy decision to relieve your beloved pet’s suffering. Dr. Arnold was beyond compassionate, empathetic, and understanding of the entire process. The house call was the call we never wanted to make—but he was assuring during such a horrible time. We never felt rushed, and our pup was in such good care. Our cat deteriorated very rapidly and unexpectedly over three days so we didn't have much time to plan ahead for an in-home euthanasia vet. Dr Arnold was able to see us on very short notice and came literally at the right moment when our cat was ready to cross Rainbow Bridge. He is very experienced, he has a background in Emergency Vet Medicine, and he is able to exert calm and a sense of organization in what could otherwise be a very painful and chaotic hour. He anticipated the more uncomfortable moments of the process and took steps to minimize undue stress for both pet parents and the pet, giving space and letting us take our time at all the right moments. Words can't express how much we appreciated having Dr Arnold provide end of life services for our beloved family member. I couldn't ask for a kinder, more compassionate, more soothing vet than Dr Arnold. He reassured us through every step of the process and was incredibly sensitive and patient.
