Wow! We had an amazing experience today at Featherer! EO has anxiety and hates getting her paws touched. She had mats and was so dirty. Cheyanne was so good and patient with her! I love that she got the mats out of her paws and long cut her fur! EO looks beautiful and doesn’t seem bothered! Thank you, Featherer!

They did an awesome job grooming my cat Gus. He had a lot of mats in his fur and they took care of those. My cat got his nails trimmed and ears cleaned and he looked so good. All done in about 45 mins. We just waited outside on their front porch area. I would definitely recommend them. I can’t find anyone else in the area that is willing to groom cats and there is a need for it. My cat is medium to long hair. Staff is nice and friendly.

I reached out to them for a quote on cat grooming and they answered promptly and was able to give me an appointment within a day of my inquiry! Prior to this, I was looking at PetSmart but a lot of their grooming appointments were weeks away and a longer drive. I went in and did a quick consult as to what I wanted. My cat Midnight is a stray my family took in recently and I informed them we weren’t sure how he would do with a bath but if it’s possible, we would want a bath for him. I also requested deshedding, a trim esp on the underside of him, and nail trimming. They were done within an hour, and told me they were able to give him a bath! I took my dog here for her first grooming appointment to look her best on my wedding day. They did everything I asked and made her look beautiful!! I was overwhelmed when I saw her! She was also a lot better with the blow dryer after, I don't know how they did it. My baby girl is an Australian shepherd so her hair is a lot. My biggest fear was having a groomer shave her because that's a big no no for their fur. I explained to them what I wanted and they made me feel confident they knew what they were doing and their work sure did show it! I have already recommended them twice to other dog owners. 🥰
