We were so lucky when this place moved to our neighborhood a few months after we got our havanese- literally across the street. They have been so lovely sweet and kind. Stitch has been going since he was a puppy. At first he was nervous but now he loves them. They often provide me with tips on how to care for his coat and I'm given status updates throughout the process. I even forgot to make an appointment for today and I called after hours last night and they were so kind to still give me an appointment for today. Stitch always looks so handsome when we leave there. 10/10 amazing company

This pet salon never disappoints. I used to go to their other location, but it seems this is their new spot. I took my fur baby, who has been dealing with allergies, and the staff was so gentle and gave me excellent recommendations to help care for him at home. They even send pictures and videos throughout the whole process—I’ve attached a few for reference. Thank you again to all the staff for the excellent service!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is very professional, friendly, and you can truly see how much they care about animals. My pet came out clean, well-groomed, and calm, which says a lot about the level of care they provide. The place is well organized and the results exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this grooming salon to anyone in the area.

Took my dog Precious for her first grooming here and Vangie took care of her and did an excellent job I loved the before and after pictures and also the group chat and updates while she is handling the process. Thanks for the service I'll definitely recommend.

I’ve taken my persian cat Samosa to this salon a few times this year. They are fairly new to Hamilton Heights and such a wonderful addition to this neighborhood. I’ve appreciated how well Vangie took care of Samosa. They listened to what I wanted from her haircut and during the last time there was a miscommunication on the length of her haircut (mostly due to miscommunication from my partner) but Vangie helped adjust the trim for my cat immediately. I really appreciate the kind, caring and client-centric approach of Vangie and her team. It’s always a bonus to get realtime text updates about how my cat is doing at this salon and when she was ready for pickup. The attention and care are top notch at this place. Thanks Vangie!
