I had a great experience at Wanderer Hub! They set me up for a last minute same day appointment and were flexible with the times! Very attentive to detail when it comes to the customers wants and I was offered several style options and I love the way my pups new look came out! They also gave me extra advice/feedback regarding her care and gifted her some adorable accessories! My fur baby was comfy and cooperative:) If you stop by, you’ll also get the chance to see their pups! Very friendly:) Would recommend this salon especially to first timers because they’re very patient and informative!

Highly recommend! My dog's bad breath is completely gone. He received the deep dental cleaning and got a free spa bath. They send you pics of your dog going thru the process and are very informative every step of the way. With his cleaning, they extracted 5 of his teeth, but he was back to eating kibble an hour later. We were in an out in about an hour. Spent about $300 plus tip. Will definitely be back!

I’ve taken my dog to Petness Wanderer Pet Salon Washington Heights multiple times now, and they never disappoint. This isn’t our first grooming session with them and every single time they do an amazing job. They always treat her with care, make her look beautiful, and follow exactly how I describe I want her groomed. She comes out looking fresh, clean, and perfectly styled every time. You can tell they really care about the dogs and pay attention to detail. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and professional groomer in Washington Heights!

This business is hands down my favorite groomers in the city. Fast and efficient booking service, very friendly staff that you can tell treat all the pets they receive with love and care. Queso, my Maltese can be a bit shy; but through the real time photo updates they send, I could tell he was happy and calm with them. They also give them a little photo shoot afterwards and I love it every time🥹.

I brought my little Maltipoo here for her first grooming, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with puppies. She came out looking (and smelling) amazing — super soft coat, trimmed perfectly, and even had a cute bow. They made sure she was comfortable the entire time and kept me updated. Definitely my go-to groomer from now on! 🐾💖
