My experience with Joe recently was WONDERFUL! He was seamless in his role of taking my order and additionally answering questions I had regarding prices of other products. Ordered a year supply of flea, tick, and heartworm medicine. Emailed the vet prescription. PetMeds insisted that the original copy be mailed and that it be signed again by the vet. So I drive back to the vet and had the same vet sign the same paper again. Then I mailed the prescription with tracking and emailed PetMeds the tracking info. They promptly emailed me an order cancellation. I called immediately and customer service acted like they had no idea what was going on. PetMeds finally sent the order, but I only received a 6-month supply and not the 12-month supply that was paid for and ordered. I called customer service several more times and keep getting hung up on when I ask about my order. This is so frustrating!!!

Great experience. My first time contacting 1 800 pet meds Customer service is excellent. I spoke to a customer service representative. I think her name was Layla. She was very professional, very down-to-earth, very caring answered. All of my questions took my order right over the phone. Excellent, at her job, they had the medicine. I needed for my dog. She even took the time to tell me what all the specials were. And how to save money Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

1 Star - Terrible Service, Misleading Tracking, and Zero Accountability Ordered two bags of Purina Pro Plan food on January 10th (one Senior, one Puppy) with a promised delivery of 3-5 business days. It's now January 20th - 10 days later. Here's where it gets absurd: I received a tracking number showing "Shipment 2 of 2" - which any reasonable person would interpret as both bags being in that shipment. After 6 business days, only the Senior formula arrived. When I contacted customer service about the missing Puppy formula, they now claim it was supposed to be two separate shipments and the Puppy bag hasn't even shipped yet. So let me get this straight: You labeled it "2 of 2" but only sent one bag You're now well past your own 3-5 day promise The Puppy formula still hasn't shipped after 1

I had saw that it was paid for but I did not receive a notification receipt. I was having a terrible day with my order. I called and Tara, answered. She was very professional, well mannered, polite, excellent customer service skills, beautiful tone of voice, calming rep calmed me, assured me she would help me and make my day better. I use to be a Loss Prevention Customer service and we need a tone in our voice that will calm a customer when calling. You never know how that customers attitude is. Tarah she is a keeper.
