I took my golden retriever, Ember, to Puppy Palms for her full groom in preparation for her first birthday, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation! 🐾 From start to finish, the team was so friendly, communicative, and professional. They estimated the appointment would take about three hours, but they finished everything beautifully in just over two — a wonderful surprise! Ember looked and smelled amazing afterward, and they even went the extra mile to make her visit feel special. Such a cute shop. I met Elizabeth, the owner and she was very nice. They have some adorable outfits and other merchandise for your pup. I couldn’t resist an item for my little man. I have not tried their grooming yet but the space was very clean and it was in a nice open area.

My dog loves this place. She's so happy that she don't have to be caged. They do a beautiful job and the women who run the shop they are beautiful people. They love dogs and shows and their work. I'm from out of town but I'm going to be moving here soon and I will always use them. My dog comes out, not stressed but loved and I appreciate that. Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Puppy Palms is an excellent grooming salon! I’ve been searching for a new groomer for quite some time. My dog now looks forward to visiting the groomer, and I highly recommend them. My dog has never looked better!
