PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic of Edgewater

My little elderly man Papa had a urgent medical need Sunday. Having had bad experiences with emergency ERs in the past, I am very selective on where I take my pets now for emergency care. Having read the reviews I decided on PetMedic. I'm so glad I did. They were quick, though and did not pressure or upsell services. They were also very reasonably priced for emergency care, I believe the price would of been very similar at our home vet. The staff and Dr were caring and wonderful with my little senior guy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Petmedic in Edgewater and definitely will go back if needed in the future.

PetMedic was awesome and really came through in a pinch for my buddy Ringo. Scheduling was super easy, and I was able to get an appointment much sooner (same day) than I could get in to see his primary care vet. Dr. Delmotte was great and thoroughly explained everything to treat his eye issue. I highly recommend PetMedic for any urgent pet needs!!! Ringo approves this endorsement.

We were referred here by our primary vet and were able to get an appointment the very next day. The clinic is welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a water bottle filler, Keurig, and even coloring supplies. Check-in was fast—within five minutes we were in a private room. The nurse was thorough, and the doctor explained our options clearly while supporting the decision we made. Everything from treatment to billing was quick and seamless; I even received and paid the invoice right from my phone. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for an urgent care vet. The next day they followed up with a phone call to check on our cat, which meant a lot. Overall, compassionate, efficient, and affordable care. Highly recommend!

My pug had an enlarged anal gland which was causing her significant pain. Her normal vet was booked and referred me to PetMedic. Wow!! They were able to see her and do the necessary procedures to alleviate the issue that very same day. They also could not have been nicer and more thorough in explaining the details of what the issue was and the steps they would take to resolve it. Dr. Delmotte is amazing and the rest of the team as well. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Delmotte and her team were absolutely phenomenal in our time of need. Everyone we met was kind, compassionate, and we were confident that our pup was receiving the best care. These folks love what they do, and it shows! ❤️
