They have always taken great care of our dogs! Chickaleda and Margie! We have taken them in with matted hair and they have shaved it and done what was necessary to get the mats out. But always call and make sure it’s ok. We have been satisfied every time

Called and owner told me a price for the dog bath bt when I come it they tried to charge me double the price. Front lady called the owner and he said he did tell me that price bt still charged me more than what agreed upon over the phone. The lady at the front is also super hard to understand. I also told them not too touch the top of my dogs head that I would have it dematted and detangled and they still put it upon them selves to shave it down. super disappointed

Sad because I paid $150 before tip for my chow chow to be groomed. He had 3 matted spots I wanted taken care of, none of them were fixed. Additionally none of the hair in his inner paws was cut and I didn’t want any of his upper body cut because he’s a chow you’re not supposed to but you can tell they did cut it/: I want my money back.

We brought our Shih Tzu here for grooming, and the first time I was very happy with her haircut, it was exactly what I had wanted . Unfortunately, on this visit, much more was taken off than we had requested. I prefer her to have longer hair throughout, and that’s not what we ended up with this time. At $70 a visit, I really value consistency and attention to detail.
