very kind people. my cat is quarantining per city law and they are being so nice about communicating with me and being open and transparent. i know i am annoying the heck out of them with voicemails too. staff seems to really care about animals. they have great attitudes despite likely encountering stressful situations all the time. everything is clean. they have a wishlist on chewygivesback!!!

The staff was cold and unprofessional. Shouted out orders as we are were criminals. They need to be trained with empathy and professionalism. And most of all code of conduct.

The employees were really nice here. Came here to give my son a break from his illnesses to cheer him up. The dogs were really excited to see us. Even though the dogs were barking really loud, my son enjoyed seeing them. The place is clean and kid friendly. Will come back another time!

Thank you to the staff at this facility on Friday, August 3, 2024. Our 14 year old lab was already paralyzed and ready to go to heaven. They helped us tremendously. I cannot thank you enough for allowing us time to say goodbye though it was past your shifts and we were outside in the 100 degrees sun. Our hearts break to see our Mocha go to heaven, but at least he didn’t have to wait in pain anymore. I tried to get help from organizations across DFW, who were either above my price point as this caught me off guard at the end of summer as a teacher. And the HSNT EU dept was difficult to reach and on the way to CSAS, the guy called with a bad attitude after two days of trying to reach them and a complaint to their support desk. Unfortunately I found a very old dehydrated emaciated black with a brown ear tip someone's pet cat . It was almost gone. I gave it some hamburger but it only ate 3 tiny bites but would drink any 🌊 So We called and she was too sick 🤢 they didn't put her down she gave up her spirit RIP Once she felt cared for. Happy Tears Heaven now. No more Suffering.. Note if you see a pet outside then offer them water. Cats or dogs don't deserve to be celebrated then dumped to fend for themselves if I had the chance I would find land and make an Animal sanctuary for them let them enjoy Freedom in gated community. In this case Nets like a circus Big top tent so no hawks or bobcats or wild dogs could get in. I love Animals
