I had such a wonderful experience bringing my dog Luna in for her dental surgery. Dr. Culbertson did a great job with her procedure and made sure everything went smoothly, which I really appreciate as a very nervous pet parent. But I especially want to highlight the vet tech, Aylene — she was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make both me and Luna feel comfortable, answered all my questions patiently, and genuinely treated Luna like she was her own pet. Her kindness, reassurance, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier, and you can tell she truly cares about the animals she works with. The entire staff and the facility exceeded my expectations. The environment was clean, organized, and the customer service was impeccable. They made my first experience welcoming and comfortable for my fur baby. You know that an office like this is special when they can name the owner and pet by name as soon as they open the door. Superb professionalism! I have solidified them as my new veterinary clinic, as I am new to Texas. I couldn't have been more pleased. A huge thank you to Darla, Anita, and Dr. Johnston. Been taking the Fur Babies here for a few years now and they are wonderful! They never pressure you into extra fees and they genuinely care! Had to take my cat (who is now known as the "Paper Eater") in for emergency and they took care of her that day, realizing my financial burden! She is back to her normal self now!

Your staff was unbelievable. So much compassion from the second you walk in, to walking out the door. I love the receptionist ladies, who introduced themselves to not only myself, but came around the desk to love on Reef. The vet was so easy to talk too, and answered all my questions and concerns. I wish we lived closer, because we would change vet clinics in a heartbeat. Thank you all so much.

Chisholm Ridge was an amazing place for our fur babies! The staff and vets were always so sweet and took excellent care of our dogs. When I had to let my 18 year old cat cross the rainbow bridge just a couple of days before moving out of town, they went above and beyond to make sure her passing was peaceful and that her ashes made their way back home to me. I will NEVER forget their kindness and compassion. I cannot recommend them enough!
