Petland Chillicothe

Just went today around 8 with my partner and my niece to look at the fish. There’s a new worker in the fish section and she was extremely helpful she managed to catch the little Cory we wanted out of a huge tank. Very impressed. (Forgot to ask the workers name we went near closing it was her and the one male worker who is always there)

Jack was the nicest sales person to have ever and he helped us find our perfect baby boy Ollie for our home!!! The store was organized and helpful loved the experience my son even got a new fish ❤️thank you Jack for our new Fur baby!!

Trent is the coolest guy ever!!!!! Me and my boyfriend stopped in tonight and we got to hold a snake and gecko and Trent was so informative and fun and told us cool stories. 10/10 experience, super cool staff.

This pet store was bustling with people. It was clean, the young ladies working were attentive. Brittany and Emma were especially friendly, helpful and doing their best to advocate for the animals available for adoption. I felt that for a pet store the adoption prices were steep but I was also aware they were essentially the price paid from the breeders. They claim to use reputable breeders. This may be a turn off for some people as they may feel that shelter animals should be available. My family and I did enjoy our visit and while we did not adopt a pet while there, we did absolutely love cuddling with the various animals! Large variety to pet and socialize with.

Kara was absolutely amazing and so helpful! I came in with my family and she happily helped us and answered any and all of our questions! She definitely went above and beyond! We got to play with this adorable puppy and learn about him and Petland. Great experience and great place!
