Megan is the best and most caring groomer I have ever taken my dog too & I've tried many different groomers over the years. Once I found her, I've never taken Lady anywhere else. She takes the time and carefully grooms my elderly dog that has now been crippled for the last few years. It is not an easy task as Lady can't stand up anymore but somehow, she always looks great and smells good too after. It is truly a blessing to have Megan as a groomer. She's the best.

Megan is amazing! She does an amazing job with Fergus, even when he’s a wild man. He always comes home looking like a handsome gentleman. What's also great about this grooming salon the dogs do not have to be crated while they are there.

Had a walk in appointment at the start of July, they were kind enough to fit me in to trim my dogs nails (my dogs first professional grooming experience.) During the appointment seemed very rushed and ended up somehow cutting the pad of her paw, the groomer said she must have gotten a nosebleed because she 'couldn't find any blood' on the dogs paws but the groomer had blood on her hands. I took her word for it and we scheduled another grooming appointment for a hair trim, the earliest they could get us in was September. Once we got in the car I noticed blood tracks on my car seats. Wasn't informed of any cancelation policies, and they didn't refer me to any information regarding it until after but we were unable to make our appointment because of an unrelated injury. The staff are amazing and our poodle always looks amazing when he leaves. The shampoos and conditioners must be top notch because he is cotton ball soft and smells amazing. The cute bandannas and bows really add a cute touch and another level of care the salon takes in making sure the clientele stay looking their best.
