Chillicothe Animal Clinic

My dog was sick and they got me in right away. Unfortunately my dog was terminal. The staff and doctor were super kind, friendly and understanding. I'd absolutely recommend them.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would I've literally been going to this Veterinary Clinic with my animals my whole entire life I'm 37 the last dog I took there I had to surrender cuz I couldn't afford the bill my roommate purposely kicked him and broke his leg this animal clinic decided to write that I caused him to have marijuana toxicity multiple times and that I myself broke his leg and that I abused my dog which was a lie I called in today because my dog was attacked by another dog I am low income my dog is a support animal he's a service dog and this animal clinic seriously turned me away because they expect me who is not in the wrong who did not cause us to happen to pay for the vet bill even though if you research it the owner of the dog who attacks your dog is responsible f

I had major issues with my typical vets office last minute over my cat. I found this vet 10 minutes away called & explained my situation (mom with a newborn and four year old & I had to be at the VA in Chillicothe before 345 to pick up medicine/paperwork) yet I already had my cat with me. My cat came with our house and she has become our entire world. She is losing weight fast needing blood work & x ray done! This vet listened to my situation told me to come straight to them took amazing care of my cat so I could go to the VA before they closed and able to pick my cat back up! They texted and called me with results went over an action plan & have been so helpful even with my two kids. I will be using this facility as our new vet office for my two Great Danes as well.

Thank you, Dr. Pickelsimer and Staff at Chillicothe Animal Clinic for being the only ones to see my baby last-minute and to then take care of her in her last moments. I will never forget you for taking care of my Bella (and my dad) while I was away and unable to. I can’t say how much I appreciate you all. Just.. thank you 🖤

He was very mean to me for just asking questions because i thought my dog was going to die. Got mad at me for my dog not holding still. Just not a great experience for me
