Kat, our sales associate, along with Joe, the manager, did an absolutely phenomenal job helping us choose a beautiful mini Dachshund. The entire experience was a 10/10. Stopped in just to look. Came out with two puppies. That should tell you everything. The staff at Petland was great — laid-back, knowledgeable, and clearly care about the dogs. No pressure, no hard sales, just honest answers and patience while we spent time with the puppies. The store was clean, well run, and the puppies were active and obviously well cared for. Everything felt professional and handled the right way. Overall, solid experience and good people. Fair warning: if you walk in, you might not walk out empty-handed. Highly recommend.

I have went to this branch a few times and every time I visit Kira, Kat, and all the employees show the utmost care and assistance in helping us find a dog.
